Exception Reporting
Exception Reporting is a process by which all resident doctors can raise issues with work patterns, staffing issues, excessive workload and missed educational opportunities.
Where applicable this may result in residnet doctors receiving time off in lieu/payment. At UHL, the exception reporting process is supported by the Medical Director, Consultants, Managers and JDAs.x
All Exception Reports are to be raised online using the Allocate Software package at www.mrmlive.co.uk. The reports should ideally be made as soon as an issue occurs. If this is not possible, reports should be made no later than 14 days after the event (7 days if payment is being requested). A username and password for the package will be sent to your email address. If you have any issues accessing the package please contact the JDA team.
